Collection: refunds and returns
Returns are only accepted for any product that was received as damaged or defective. To start a return, you can contact us at thenumber2brand@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We cannot currently accept any returns for products outside of the reason listed above. We are working with our supplier to hopefully allow for a wider ranging return policy in the future. For this reason, please utilize our size guide for each product prior to ordering as styles may have changed.
